On May 12, Nicolas Béguin was invited as a guest lecturer in the CAS Compliance in Financial Services to discuss the regulatory and legal aspects of lending activity in Switzerland, with a focus on mortgage market regulations, Lombard loans, margin calls, contractual lending mechanisms and banking security interests.
