Thomas Pasquier

Thomas Pasquier is specialized in all areas of Swiss and international tax law.

His expertise includes tax advice for investment funds and businesses at all stages of their development (incorporation, financing rounds, management buy-outs, exits, and restructurings). He advises entrepreneurs and private clients on all their tax matters (relocation to Switzerland, philanthropic activities, real estate investments, business transfers, as well as estate and succession planning).

Thomas Pasquier also represents his clients in tax proceedings (contentious or non-contentious) before administrative authorities and courts, both at the cantonal and federal levels.
