Pascal Favrod-Coune practices mainly in the fields of banking and financial law, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, as well as in the field of new technologies law (in particular Fintech). He is also active in the fields of data protection and intellectual property law.
He also represents the firm’s clients before authorities and courts in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings, particularly in the commercial and economic context.
In parallel to his activity as an attorney at law, Pascal Favrod-Coune is a lecturer at the University of Lausanne where he teaches the Finance, Law and Digitalization course in the Master in Law and Economics. He is also an associate at the Centre for Blockchain Technologies at the University College London. He regularly gives lectures and publishes in his fields.
