Emmy Gijs

Emmy Gijs represents clients mainly in contractual and commercial disputes, and represents both companies and individuals before state (civil and administrative) and arbitral courts. She advises clients in the fields of corporate law, contract law, banking and finance as well as intellectual property and art law.

Emmy Gijs practices in French and English. She is registered with the Geneva Bar and is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA).
