Christophe Hensler advises and represents clients mainly in data protection matters, as well as in banking and finance law.

In addition, Christophe Hensler regularly advises clients in all industries on national and international transactions, as well as on general corporate law and governance issues.

Christophe Hensler has also advised several financial institutions in connection with internal investigations on cross-border issues and has represented them before the Swiss authorities and the U.S. Department of Justice.
