Swiss & International taxation

Aurélien Flückiger

Aurélien Flückiger advises mainly individuals in relation to their personal taxation, but also legal entities. Having decided to focus his practice on taxation over the past ten years, he has developed first-rate theoretical and practical skills, particularly in relation to complex situations.

He has particular expertise in wealth and estate planning issues – both tax and civil –, real estate issues (acquisition, structuring of ownership and financing, real estate transactions and trading) and those related to the relationship between entrepreneurs and their businesses/companies (asset restructuring, acquisition and sale of companies, reorganization, successions).

He also advises his clients on the various tax and administrative procedures related to the transfer of residence (lump-sum or ordinary taxation, real estate acquisition, procedures related to the employment of personnel, advice on social insurance and residence permits).

Finally, Aurélien Flückiger is regularly involved in assisting and representing his clients in proceedings, essentially administrative (contentious or not) and administrative criminal law, before the various authorities and jurisdictions, both federal and cantonal.
