Alexandre Richa will present, along with Philipp Fischer, the subject of “Cooperation in foreign proceedings put to the test of blocking statutes”, as part of the Journée CEDIDAC de droit pénal de l’entreprise, which will take place on February 9, 2023 at the University of Lausanne.

The symposium is organized by professors Alain Macaluso, Laurent Moreillon, Carlo Lombardini and Andrew Garbarski.
