Aegis Partners is a law firm based in Geneva, advising and representing domestic and international clients mainly in banking and finance, corporate and tax matters.
Our Firm is looking for a:
LAWYER BANKING AND FINANCE LAW CORPORATE LAW, MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
You will handle litigation and advisory cases in banking and finance law, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions, primarily for companies, and for individuals as well.
Your profile should meet the following criteria:
Completed Swiss legal education and Swiss bar exam
Preferably, a few years of prior experience as a lawyer
Excellent academic results
Perfect command of French
Very good command of English and good skills in German
Strong proficiency in basic IT tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and respect for procedures
Flexibility and ability to handle stress
Team player
